Security Personnel Training

Training is a potent tool for operational capacity building and human resource development hence we place high premium on training and re-training of the management staff, supervisors, and operatives.

Patrol/Supervision

We carry out effective supervision and monitoring of our beats by regularly checking on the operatives in their respective beats to ensure that they are alert and operationally effective.

Procurement of Security Equipment​

The company procures security equipment and devices to enhance the effectiveness of security operations for private and public organizations. We also procure and install Guard Tour Systems (GTS) to monitor the patrols carried out by our security operatives to ensure effectiveness and efficiency of security duties.

Guard Dogs

We provide Guard Dogs services on request. The company has well trained dogs that can be deployed for Security duties.

The Chairman/Chief Executive Officer is Compol (Barr.) Lawrence Eko Alobi (Rtd) MON. Lawrence Eko Alobi is a retired Commissioner of Police and a lawyer. He retired as Commissioner of Police in 2007 after he was redeployed to FCT, Abuja Police Command in 2007 after 35 years of meritorious service to his fatherland.
He obtained a B.Sc (Hons) degree in Sociology and Anthropology with a Second Class Upper Division at the University of Nigeria, Nsukka in 1980. He obtained LLB from the University of Calabar in 1997 and BL in 2008 from the Nigerian Law School. He notched his academic career with M.Sc Development Studies in 2014 from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka.
Presently, he is a security consultant and Chairman/CEO, HITECH Security Services and Training Limited. He also sits atop as the Principal Partner, Lawrence Alobi & Co. Law Firm. He is the Executive Director, Foundation for Peace and Security Education (FOPSE).

Mr. Anthony Onyemaechi Ossai is the Acting General Manager. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree (B.Sc.) in Economics from Niger Delta University, Wilberforce Island, Bayelsa State, and a Master’s Degree (M.Sc.) in Peace and Conflict Resolution from the National Open University of Nigeria (NOUN). He has over fifteen years of experience in private security management. Prior to his promotion as the Acting General Manager, he was the Manager in charge of security operations in the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Abuja. He has attended several trainings which include: leadership & management, security management, crime prevention, occupational health, safety & environment, counterterrorism awareness, and private security human rights. He also attended the Kofi Annan International Peacekeeping Centre Course on Collaborative Policing and several other security courses. He is a Certified Professional Security Supervisor, CPSS.

Mr. Ozor Malachy Chukwudi joined the Company in 2012 as Administrative Officer, he became the Internal Control Unit Officer in 2014. Through hard work, dedication and commitment he rose to the rank of Manager of Admin and Logistics in 2023. Mr. Malachy is a graduate of Public Administration. He is focused, creative and very resourceful.

Dr. Chukwuemeka Emeka Joshua, is the head of ICT. He holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Educational Technology fromFederal University of Technology Minna, Minna, Niger State, MSc. in Information and Communication Technologies in Education (2014) and BSc. in Information Technology (2013) from Eastern Mediterranean University, North-Cyprus. He joined Hi-Tech Security Services & Training Limited in the year 2009 as an ICT Consultant. 
He is a Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist with more than ten years’ working experience as an ICT consultant (e-archiving and data management).
